Lymph Me Up Studio provides integrative wellness and bodywork services, including but not limited to LPG Endermologie, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Biofield Tuning, NeuroReceptor Therapy / P-DTR-based work, and related wellness services.

Our services are intended to support general wellness, relaxation, lymphatic flow, tissue mobility, nervous system balance, and body function.

2. Not Medical Care

Services provided by Lymph Me Up Studio are not a substitute for medical care, medical diagnosis, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or treatment from a licensed medical provider.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. If you have a medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, cancer history, active infection, blood clots, heart condition, unexplained swelling, or any other health concern, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Massage/bodywork intake and waiver language commonly states that massage is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and clients should disclose medical conditions before receiving services.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information on all intake forms, health history forms, consent forms, and booking forms.

You are responsible for informing your practitioner of:

current medical conditions,
medications,
allergies,
recent surgeries or procedures,
pregnancy,
pain, discomfort, dizziness, or unusual symptoms,
changes in your health before or during a session.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety and appropriateness of your session.

4. Intake Forms and Consent

Before receiving services, you may be required to complete an intake form, consent form, or service-specific waiver.

Lymph Me Up Studio reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service if the practitioner determines that the service may not be appropriate for your condition, comfort, or safety.

5. Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, by text, or in person.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session, and the full session fee may still apply.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

If you are feeling sick, have a fever, active infection, or contagious symptoms, please contact us before your appointment.

Many wellness and massage businesses use cancellation policies requiring advance notice and may charge for late cancellations or no-shows.

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Recommended treatment frequency and results vary by individual.

9. Refund Policy

All completed services are non-refundable.

Refunds for prepaid packages, gift cards, or unused sessions are handled case by case and may be subject to processing fees, promotional adjustments, or package terms.

10. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Lymph Me Up Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to inch loss, weight loss, cellulite reduction, pain relief, post-surgical recovery results, or medical improvement.

Before-and-after results, testimonials, or examples shown on the website or social media are individual experiences and do not guarantee the same result for every client.

11. Post-Liposuction and Pre-Liposuction Services

Pre-liposuction and post-liposuction services are wellness/bodywork support services only.

They are not surgical care, medical treatment, wound care, or a replacement for instructions from your surgeon or physician. You are responsible for following your medical provider’s post-operative instructions.

We may refuse or postpone service if there are signs of infection, open wounds, fever, severe pain, uncontrolled swelling, or any condition requiring medical attention.

12. Professional Boundaries

All services are professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual in nature.

Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, harassment, threats, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full service fee may still be charged. Future appointments may be refused.

13. Minors

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to be present during the appointment.
