Cancellation Policy

At Lymph Me Up Studio, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect the practitioner’s time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

If you are feeling sick, have a fever, active infection, or any contagious symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session.

For prepaid packages, late cancellations or no-shows may result in one session being deducted from the package.
